For the provision of our Boardstory program, we use infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services from our hosting service provider Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg). The following location is specified for AWS storage: Frankfurt am Main (Germany) eu-central-1.

The hosting provider processes content and usage data such as the IP address of users of our website in order to provide our contractual services and on the basis of our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of this website.

4. Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
